3D Modeling

The process of using a collection of building data (from scanning, surveying and plans),  to digitally create a 3D model of the finished product. It’s a virtual reality which features equivalents of the actual pieces.

It allows people to use the computer simulations which help those involved in the project’s evolution and understand how the building behaves and quickly solve the problems, rather than flap and flop from different plans.
